EXECUTIVE BRIEF

Information technology is a powerful catalyst for efficiency, social development and economic competitiveness. However, information technology research need to be further activated and sustained so that the developing world can benefit from collaborative innovation. Conditions for developing sustainable policies, and attracting resources and investment in information technology and other biotechnologies, remain uneven between knowledge-rich countries and knowledge-poor countries.

This Innovation Theatre will discuss ways of assessing information technology capacities in developing nations and how collaborative innovation should be improved to set new trends and provide support for the development of regional "intellect" and "intelligence". Join celebrated strategists, innovators and leading philosophers as they navigate us to the future of information technology and how will it shape how we live, work and play.
