EXECUTIVE BRIEF

Constituent-led innovations, a positive by-product of consumerism, are driving corporate and government priorities, the co-innovation of cities, products, experiences and spurring sustainable efforts. These innovations are exerting pressure on executives to promote an environment that encourages all employees to "think outside the box" and incorporate diverse disciplines to develop mechanisms that allow constituents to be active participants.

This Innovation Theatre will bring into focus the role of customers and communities in human-centered design, and outline the impact of collaborative innovation on achieving competitiveness and providing improved experience for customers.
