We are glad to announce our shuttle service to delegates lodging in one of our four Partner Hotels: The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, The Metropolitan Hotel, the Four Points Sheraton Down Town and the Majestic Hotel.

All WSIE delegates are required to comply with the above schedule; otherwise you must coordinate with the Hotel for your own mode of transportation. If you are not staying at a WSIE preferred hotel, please leave ample time for travel from your hotel to the event venue at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Your hotel concierge should be able to provide approximate travel times to the event venue and make travel arrangements for you from one of Dubai’s many taxi and transportation services. Registration - Upon arrival to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, you will be directed to the Pre Registration counters by ushers where you can pick up your badges and delegate kits. Clear signage will also be visible.
Event Opening - The 2008 WSIE Official Opening Ceremony will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008. You won't want to miss the kick-off to what promises to be a spectacular event!
